We are very well grounded

We are well trained and therefore well "grounded". New projects always involve new opportunities and also the risk that things don't work out.

This risk cannot be eliminated, but it can be minimised. This also includes eliminating projects early on that have little or no chance of success. We are also creative and make suggestions. Above all, however, we treat your project as if it were our own. Down-to-earth "Swabian".

We understand your problems. We know what processes our partners - e.g. airlines and airport operators - have and how they are structured. You are planning a new destination in the Lesser Antilles, a charter flight or you want to include a new destination in your flight plan or take over the handling yourself or outsource it. Is a seasonal flight in the flight schedule possible without a triangular flight from Europe? We think only from France and Great Britain. The potential is otherwise not sufficient. For a triangular flight - where customers can also combine the islands in a sensible way - it should be quite possible.

For this, logistics, e.g. public transport routes or local bush charters, and costs, e.g. TTL of airport fees with ground transport, have to be analysed.  What support can be obtained and how high is the own contribution? What is the potential and how quickly can break-even be achieved? What difficulties are to be expected? Is low-cost possible in the Lesser Antilles?  We are a reliable, competent and constructive partner.  We develop a market study and involve potential customers.
