Surely you miss fixed prices for our tours. We work in a region where package tourism from Great Britain is hardly or not at all to be found. There are no charter flights with contingents. The change of airports abroad with frequent overnight stays further reduces the possibility of setting ad hoc fixed prices. It is à la carte and the price level is higher than in package tour destinations such as the Dom Rep or Mexico. But it is also a different service and a different holiday.
We achieve different prices for series or groups than for FIT or events. We consider the
volume by expected realisation and not by requested volume. The partners also evaluate
us according to realisation. We work according to the following principles: We do not take advantage of anyone and we do not consider better or worse positions. To have the choice or not. To agree in writing something different from what was agreed orally - an absolute no-go for us. If you want to work like this, please find another agency. We are interested in constant, respectful, friendly and long-lasting partnerships.
Offer
We are happy to outline problems by telephone with queries in the BTB area. We are not always the fastest, although we buy directly. On the long haul in the niche area, we would like to realise the customer's wish. This sometimes takes time with the local service providers, should special requests be fulfilled.
Insurances
In some countries - like Antigua and Barbuda - you are not in the EU. This also applies to the Dutch islands. A health insurance is required.
Please also note the regulation on the
coronavirus. Separate insurance is advisable here if it is not mentioned. In the French Antilles, the European Insurance Card is recognised.For connecting flights we recommend luggage insurance. Before taking out various travel insurance policies, you should check what may be covered by your credit card.

You will receive a confirmation from us. This
is binding for us and you. French travel law applies. Our goal is satisfied customers and no complaints.

Charter
There are no connections between various islands, such as St Kitts or Nevis and Guadeloupe or Saba and Martinique. Therefore, air or boat charter is recommended. The availability of suitable aircraft can be a bottleneck. Sometimes a combination of ferry and flight is necessary (length of runway/group size). It is often cheaper to hire an adequate aircraft than to book a complicated connecting flight. We will be happy to submit offers to you.
