Guadeloupe Basse Terre
The coast under the wind, the mountainous and from the tourism less frequented part of Guadeloupe. Basse-Terre is most fascinating in the approximately 40 km long coastal area of the municipality of Deshaies. No big advertising posters, dream beaches and original "Lolos", small general stores and rustic bars. Accommodation is in quiet hotels and apartments.
Martinique
The silhouette with the volcanoes in the mountainous north is already at
the approach impressive. Due to the volcanoes, the beaches are black in the north and white only in the south and east. The lower part of the island of Guadeloupe. Well developed for tourists in the southern aerea: Gossier, Sainte-Anne and St Francois have a very good infrastructure and nice beaches. There are most of the hotels. Pointe-à-Pitre with his suburbs is the only big city and well worth for sightseeing.
St Barthélémy
A wonderful world on a few kilometers. No package holidays. A paradise island for the high society only? Of course, a little bit more expensive, like the other islands, but quite affordable. Spectacular yet the approach. Luxury in Gustavia, dream beaches and pure romance. Calypso and Zouk music in the bars and restaurants.
